Acceptance of Terms<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    By accessing our website, enrolling in any programme, or using any services\n    provided by ThinkUp Academy Malawi, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <div class=\"tu-highlight\">\n    If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not enroll or use our services.\n  <\/div>\n\n  <h2>2. Enrollment and Admission<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Admission is subject to approval and verification of submitted information.<\/li>\n    <li>Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of enrollment.<\/li>\n    <li>Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of required fees.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>3. Fees and Payments<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>All fees must be paid as agreed at the time of enrollment.<\/li>\n    <li>Payment plans must be honored according to schedule.<\/li>\n    <li>Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to classes and systems.<\/li>\n    <li>Outstanding balances remain legally enforceable.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <div class=\"tu-warning\">\n    Access to learning platforms, certificates, or examination results may be withheld\n    until all outstanding balances are settled.\n  <\/div>\n\n  <h2>4. Refunds<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Refunds are governed by the official Refund Policy of ThinkUp Academy Malawi.\n    Students are required to review the Refund Policy before making payment.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>5. Academic Conduct<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Students must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.<\/li>\n    <li>Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or misconduct may result in disciplinary action.<\/li>\n    <li>The Academy reserves the right to suspend or expel students for misconduct.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>6. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    All course materials, content, videos, assessments, and digital resources\n    remain the intellectual property of ThinkUp Academy Malawi.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>Materials may not be copied, distributed, recorded, or resold.<\/li>\n    <li>Unauthorized sharing of content may result in legal action.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>7. Online Learning and Platform Use<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Students are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.<\/li>\n    <li>Sharing login details with others is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n    <li>The Academy may suspend accounts for misuse.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    ThinkUp Academy Malawi shall not be liable for:\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Technical interruptions beyond our control<\/li>\n    <li>Internet connectivity issues on the user\u2019s side<\/li>\n    <li>Indirect or consequential damages arising from course participation<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>9. Changes to Programmes<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    The Academy reserves the right to modify course content,\n    schedules, or instructors where necessary.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>10. Certification<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of programme requirements.<\/li>\n    <li>All financial obligations must be cleared before certification is released.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>11. Termination of Enrollment<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    ThinkUp Academy Malawi reserves the right to terminate enrollment\n    in cases of:\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Non-payment of fees<\/li>\n    <li>Academic misconduct<\/li>\n    <li>Violation of these Terms<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>12.
