6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, videos, assessments, and digital resources remain the intellectual property of ThinkUp Academy Malawi.

• Materials may not be copied, distributed, recorded, or resold.
• Unauthorized sharing of content may result in legal action.

7. Online Learning and Platform Use

• Students are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
• Sharing login details with others is strictly prohibited.
• The Academy may suspend accounts for misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

ThinkUp Academy Malawi shall not be liable for:

• Technical interruptions beyond our control
• Internet connectivity issues on the user’s side
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from course participation

9. Changes to Programmes

The Academy reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors where necessary.

10. Certification

• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of programme requirements.
• All financial obligations must be cleared before certification is released.

11. Termination of Enrollment
